Material & Workmanship
The bolster consists of a cover and inner cushion made of 100% cotton and is filled with buckwheat hulls. The filling is removable and refillable, so you can flexibly adjust the sitting height to your needs. Each bolster is handcrafted with great care, ensuring durability and high quality. The cover is machine washable up to 30 °C—simply remove the filling beforehand.
Dimensions & Fit
With its dimensions of 38 × Ø 15 cm, the bolster offers the perfect size for abdominal and upper body exercises as well as for the neck and back during meditation. The sitting height is 15 cm, but can reach up to 18 cm when the bolster is fully filled.
