Production takes place locally in Cologne. Luisa handles all processing steps herself – from design and modeling to sealing and assembling the individual components.

Fimo is an oven-hardening modeling clay ideal for making jewelry. The material's exceptionally light weight makes it comfortable to wear. Once coated with resin, an epoxy resin, it's exceptionally durable and won't lose its shape or color.

The modeling clay is produced in Germany. Luisa sources the resin and metal components from retailers. The resin and metal parts originate from China.

Shipping is via DHL. Returns are inspected for defects, cleaned, and returned to the sale.
