With its ergonomic design and adjustable seat heights, it supports your posture in the lotus position – without uncomfortable tension. Material & Workmanship
The cushion is made of 100% skin-friendly cotton (outer material and inner cushion) and is filled with removable buckwheat hulls. The removable cover is easily washable at a maximum of 30°C – ensuring hygiene during your practice. Each cushion weighs approximately 3 kg and is still easy to transport for exercises on the go or in the studio.
Dimensions & Adaptability
With a diameter of 33 cm and an initial height of 15 cm (adjustable up to approx. 20 cm), you can regulate the filling height entirely according to your needs. Feel free to experiment – the correct height varies depending on your body size and comfort level.
