You choose between buckwheat hulls or organic spelt husks as filling – both options offer natural elasticity and adapt to your body weight. The cover is removable and machine washable at 30 °C. A practical carrying strap makes transportation to your favorite meditation spot effortless.
Dimensions & Fit
With a diameter of 30 cm and an individually adjustable seat height from 13 to 18 cm, the cushion adapts to different body sizes. The height can be regulated by the amount of filling – experiment until you have found your optimal position. This ergonomic adjustment promotes a healthy spinal posture during meditation.
