Each "Gemma" is painstakingly handcrafted in Cologne — from delicate, yet extremely stable solid wood lamellae made of real cherry wood veneer. Cherry wood is considered one of Europe's most characterful woods: its warm, reddish-gold tones and fine, silky grain make each piece unique. Particularly appealing is the natural patina — under the influence of light, cherry wood develops an increasingly deep, honey-brown color over time. So your lampshade literally becomes more beautiful with age.

With a diameter of 20 cm and a height of 22 cm, the "Gemma" is delicate and understated — and thanks to the universal E27 thread, it's versatile. Combine it with our matching sockets as a table lamp, ceiling lamp, floor lamp, standard lamp, or pendant lamp — or use any commercially available E27 socket with screw thread. The light shines softly through the individual lamellae without glaring.
