The "Ardere" is a modular lampshade made from FSC-certified walnut wood, handcrafted in Cologne. With its universal E27 screw thread, it fits any standard light fitting – whether it's a floor lamp, ceiling lamp, pendant lamp, or table lamp. This allows you to flexibly integrate it into your living spaces.
Material & Craftsmanship
The Ardere is made from thick veneer wood with a special fabric structure. The spirally arranged veneer strips – inspired by nature's Fibonacci sequence – create uniform, curved light. Walnut is considered one of the noblest woods: its rich, chocolate-brown tones and expressive, vibrant grain make each Ardere unique. In warm light, the wood unfolds a deep, velvety warmth – soothing, inviting, and of natural elegance. Through its opening, the Ardere casts a beautiful play of light on the ceiling, walls, or floor.
Dimensions & Features
The Ardere is available in three lengths: 50 cm, 60 cm, or 70 cm. The diameter is approximately 30 cm. The fitting is an E27 screw thread – compatible with all standard E27 fittings as well as the separately available Gofurnit fittings. We recommend a warm white (2700K) LED with 7–12 watts for optimal light.
