The "Ardere" is a modular lampshade made of FSC-certified oak wood, lovingly handcrafted by Gofurnit in Cologne. The thick veneer wood with a special fabric structure is arranged spirally – inspired by nature's Fibonacci sequence – creating a beautiful, even play of light on ceilings, walls, or floors.
Material & Workmanship
The shade is made of FSC-certified oak wood with an specially developed fabric structure. The characteristic grain of the oak wood stands out particularly impressively in the warm light – fine pores and distinctive medullary rays create a calm, natural ambience. The veneer wood is robust and underlines the high-quality impression. With its universal E27 screw thread, the "Ardere" fits any standard E27 socket – combinable with floor lamps, ceiling lamps, standing lamps, or pendant lamps of your choice.
Dimensions & Versions
You can choose between three lengths: 50 cm, 60 cm, or 70 cm. The diameter for all versions is approximately 30 cm. We recommend a warm white LED (2700K, 7–12 watts). Socket and bulb are not included – you can use any standard E27 socket.
