You don't need any professional experience in these fields. An internship is precisely for trying things out. A degree or vocational qualification isn't a prerequisite.

There are two main things you need to bring with you:

1. Motivation to get involved
2. An independent way of working

The latter is especially important in startups, as we're always there to support and guide you, but you also have to take on the challenge and show courage. So, you shouldn't be afraid of challenges—we're always there to support you and won't leave you alone. But you should be ambitious enough to get things done with just a few specific pieces of help.

We are sitting in STARTPLATZ – a co-working space in Cologne’s Mediapark.

There is the option to come to the office one day per week. However, the internship will primarily be conducted remotely (from home).

Especially in terms of interaction, it's very personal. Because we're a startup without traditional employees. You'll work directly with Michelle & Hendrik, the startup founders. It's less of a boss situation and more of a collaborative team.

You can learn a lot, but also try things out and contribute your own ideas.

We also offer part-time internships (three days a week). We can tailor the length to your individual needs. Let's talk about it!

We currently only offer mandatory and orientation internships, which are unpaid.
