Material & workmanship
Made from high quality 4034 stainless steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC , the Zöppken Style offers excellent edge retention and precision .
The real wood handle —available in a variety of woods—is carefully crafted and ergonomically shaped. The flush transition between the blade and handle prevents dirt from accumulating and facilitates cleaning.
