Every KATAAB bookmark is crafted with care and love in our Berlin workshop. Made from high-quality, vegetable-tanned real leather, it becomes an accessory that not only accompanies your favorite books but also tells your story – through your personal engraving.
Material & Craftsmanship
The bookmark is made from genuine cowhide, which has been vegetable-tanned and retains its natural beauty. The surface structure is not uniform – each piece shows its own markings and nuances that make it unique. Your engraving is applied to the front, either at the top or in the middle, and can be chosen from various fonts. You decide whether initials, your name, or a short quote (max. 25 characters) should be engraved.
Dimensions & Haptics
At 18 cm long and 3 cm wide, the bookmark is light and practical for books of any size. The natural leather feels pleasant in the hand and only gets more beautiful with time – it develops its very own patina.

Verwendet wird ausschließlich italienisches, pflanzlich gegerbtes Rindsleder. Alle Produkte werden im eigenen Atelier in Berlin von Hand gefertigt.
