Since 2017, Birte has been creating individual marble-look jewelry under the label Birdy Schmuck. Birdy models geometric marble shapes from cold porcelain and combines them with various metal elements for a touch of glamour. Birdy creates both minimalist and statement pieces with that certain something. Because each piece is lovingly handcrafted, no two are alike. In addition to the variety of shapes, it's fascinating to discover the different variations of marbling. Let yourself be enchanted and surprised!

All pieces are lovingly handcrafted in Birdy Schmuck's Cologne-based jewelry workshop. With few exceptions, all materials are sourced within Europe.

Birdy works with cold porcelain, a self-made modeling clay that is sealed with a water-resistant finish for extra durability. The metal elements used are made of stainless steel, some of which are 18k gold-plated, making the jewelry very durable.

Birdy usually ships your jewelry via Deutsche Post, and delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 days. The shipping materials are not plastic-free, but are old stock from other companies that were saved from destruction.
