Santoku Carbon 17 cm Carbon Steel Real Wood Handle Solingen
Hand-forged in Solingen
Precision from Solingen
Precision you can feel in your hand – your Santoku Carbon from Solingen
The Santoku knife, or "knife of the three virtues," is your versatile partner for meat, fish, and vegetables. With a razor-sharp 17 cm blade made of C75 carbon steel and an ergonomic real wood handle, you'll master every task with ease, control, and style.
Material & Craftsmanship
The blade made of high-quality C75 carbon steel impresses with extreme sharpness and edge retention – exactly what professionals and passionate home cooks appreciate. With a hardness of 59–60 HRC, it is significantly harder than many standard blades and allows for precise, clean cuts without effort. Each blade is traditionally forged, ground, and inspected by hand in Solingen. The real wood handle – optionally made of walnut, olive, or other noble woods – feels natural and secure in the hand. Important: Carbon steel requires some care – it likes dry storage and immediate cleaning after use. In return, you get a tool for life.
