The cover and inner cushion are made of 100% cotton - a breathable material that is both soft and durable. The buckwheat hull filling allows you to adjust the height of the cushion to your individual needs. The removable cover is machine washable up to 40 °C, so your cushion stays hygienically fresh.
Dimensions & Fit
With its compact dimensions of 70 × 20 × 10 cm, the Pranayama Cushion fits perfectly in any room or on your yoga mat. The total weight is approx. 3.5 kg - stable enough for secure support, yet light enough for transport.
