Vintage Vase Lamp with Collector's Value – Handcrafted Upcycled
This Pop Art accent lamp is one of a kind: it was made from an original vintage vase by Dümler & Breiden from the 1960s/70s. The ceramic vase is a typical example of the experimental variety of shapes and glazes in West German Pottery and impresses with its sculptural relief decor and amphora shape. The glaze in orange, dark brown, and turquoise is exceptionally well preserved.
Material & Craftsmanship
The lampshade was handcrafted using an elaborate weaving technique and echoes the colors of the vase: vertical stripe patterns in warm orange, green, and natural tones. The vase was gently converted into a lamp without drilling – the conversion is fully reversible, preserving the original condition of the collectible ceramic. The internal construction is weighted with sand, ensuring a secure stand. High-quality brass finish and E27 socket.

Technology – Cordless & Flexible
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, charged via USB-C – light duration up to 12 hours. The remote control allows individual adjustment of brightness and light color. The bulb can be repurchased at any time for approx. 12 Euros and is also suitable for outdoor use. Perfect for places without a direct power connection: balcony, terrace, garden.
