The fork is made of rust-free X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with a hardness of 56–57 HRC. The forged bolster offers optimal balance and safe handling. The ergonomic POM handle with a full tang fits perfectly in the hand. A special detail is the solid brass PIKAS logo, inlaid into the handle – a true hallmark of craftsmanship and exclusivity.

Sizes & Variants

You can choose between two sizes: The smaller variant is 28 cm long with 15.5 cm tines and weighs 150 g. The larger variant offers a total length of 33.5 cm with 21 cm tines and weighs 173 g. Both variants offer you perfect control when carving and serving.
