This handcrafted vase lamp combines the best of two worlds: an original Marei ceramic vase from the legendary MAjolikafabrik REInbach with high-quality French decorative fabric. The result is a unique piece that creates a special effect on your sideboard, shelf, or windowsill.
Material & Craftsmanship
The vase is from Marei, one of the most influential manufacturers of West German Pottery. It features a classic amphora shape with two handles and a distinctive flow glaze in creamy white and warm terracotta tones. The lampshade is covered with French fabric – a graphic leaf motif in black on a warm rose tone, which creates a special atmosphere whether off or illuminated. The vase was carefully converted into a lamp without drilling. The construction is sealed and weighted, preserving the original ceramic as a collector's item.
Dimensions & Features
The vase measures 17 cm; the finished lamp has a total height of 38 cm. The lampshade measures 20 × 20 cm. The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb that charges via USB-C and offers up to 12 hours of illumination. With the included remote control, you can dim and set different light colors. The LED bulb is also suitable for outdoor use.
