Material & Craftsmanship
The blade is made of stainless 4034 steel (56–57 HRC) and ensures effortless cuts with its precise sharpness. The ergonomic handle made of elegant walnut wood fits comfortably in your hand and provides a secure grip even during longer tasks. The smooth wooden surface feels naturally warm and is non-slip even with wet hands.
Sizes & Variants
The Madera is available in two variants: The smaller version has a total length of 30.5 cm and a blade length of 16 cm (weight: 133 g). The larger variant measures 35.5 cm in total length with a 21 cm blade length (weight: 200 g). Both models have a handle length of 14.5 cm for a controlled cutting feel.
