Solingen craftsmanship meets olive wood

Precision meets craftsmanship – your new chef's knife from Solingen tradition

The "Madera Chef's Knife Olive" combines everything you need in the kitchen: an extra long, sharp blade, ergonomic handle, and natural aesthetics. Effortlessly cut through meat, fish, and vegetables – without any strenuous effort. The olive wood handle fits comfortably in your hand and ensures a secure grip even for demanding cutting tasks.

Material & Workmanship

The blade is made of rust-free 4034 stainless steel with a hardness of 56–57 HRC – ideal for lasting sharpness, stability, and easy care. The handle made of high-quality olive wood is carefully crafted and offers ergonomic comfort as well as natural slip resistance. Each knife is unique – with a distinctive grain and a fine feel that you can experience in your hand.

Sizes & Variants

The Madera Chef's Knife is available in two variants: The smaller version has a total length of 30.5 cm and a blade length of 16 cm (133 g). The larger variant measures 35.5 cm total with a 21 cm long blade (200 g). Both have an optimally matched handle length of 14.5 cm for comfort and control.
