The OM YA Design Meditation Cushion allows you to maintain a relaxed, upright sitting posture during meditation. By slightly raising your pelvis, it supports the natural alignment of your spine and enhances your concentration. The cushion can also be used as a prop for various yoga exercises, thereby improving your comfort and body alignment.
Material & Workmanship
The outer cover is made of 92% polyester and 8% nylon – a particularly durable fabric resistant to wear and tear and dirt. Inside, there is a high-quality cotton inlay filled with spelt husks, which you can remove or refill as needed. The surface and feel are soft, robust, and pleasant on the skin – perfect for long meditation sessions and intensive yoga practices. Each cushion is handmade, making it unique.

The meditation cushion has a diameter of 30 cm, a height of 18 cm, and weighs 2.0 kg. These dimensions provide a stable, ergonomic sitting base for longer meditation breaks and yoga exercises.
