The "OM YA Meditation Cushion" supports you during your meditation and yoga practice. It elevates your pelvis, aligns your spine, and ensures a stable, comfortable sitting posture – so you can fully concentrate on relaxation, concentration, and your breathing exercises. The cushion also serves as additional support for yoga exercises.
Material & Workmanship
The cover is made of robust furniture corduroy (92% polyester, 8% nylon), which is soft, dirt-repellent, and extremely durable. The material is certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. The cotton inlay is filled with regional spelt husks. A side zipper opening allows you to adjust the filling quantity individually or remove the inlay to wash the cover.
Dimensions & Care
Diameter: 30 cm | Height: 18 cm | Weight: 2.0 kg. The cover is washable at 30 °C on a delicate cycle and should then air dry in the shade – do not tumble dry. You can remove the inlay beforehand via the side zipper opening.
