The OM YA Yoga Bolster supports you in your yoga practice and meditation with targeted stability. Whether Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Iyengar — this elongated cushion facilitates your postures, relieves your back, and specifically overcomes limited flexibility. Each bolster is handmade in Hamburg, making it not only functional but also a visual highlight in your yoga spot.
Material & Workmanship
The cover is made of robust furniture corduroy (92% polyester, 8% nylon), which is soft, dirt-repellent, and particularly durable. The material is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. The cotton inlay is filled with regional spelt husks — creating a naturally stable cushion that optimally adapts to your body. The side zipper opening allows you to individually adjust the filling or easily remove it for washing.
Dimensions & Care
The bolster measures 60 × 14 cm and weighs 2.0 kg. The cover is washable at 30 °C on a delicate cycle and should then air dry in the shade — do not tumble dry. You can remove the inlay with spelt husks beforehand.
