The blade is made of stainless 4034 steel with a hardness of 56–57 HRC and is handcrafted in Solingen. The ergonomic handle made from sustainable real wood – available in walnut, olive, cherry, or beech – is a handcrafted unique piece with natural wood grain. With an overall length of 22 cm and weighing only 47 g, the knife fits perfectly in your hand. The blade length is 11 cm. You can choose between a plain edge for precise cutting or a serrated edge for crispy rolls.
