AK-Keramik: Orange table lamp made from a mid-century ceramic vase

Orange lamp vase from vintage Alfred Klein vase 60s
Base: Table lamp constructed from a ceramic vase by Alfred Klein – also known as AK Keramik – with a beautiful orange-colored smooth glaze and a beautiful shine. West German pottery, mid-century design, 1960s. Height without socket and shade approximately 30 cm, with socket approximately 39 cm, with shade approximately 65 cm, in perfect condition. The opening of the vase is closed with a high-quality brass plate and anchored with our special plug-in solution. We do not drill holes in these collectibles; the vase remains in perfect condition. The socket is also brass-colored and comes with a discreetly transparent cable (with plug and rocker switch), which leads directly into the socket via a so-called outlet sleeve. Everything was installed and tested by an electrician. The lamp can be placed on a sideboard or side table as an eye-catcher, creating a beautiful room atmosphere.
Shade: Medium-sized homemade lampshade, designed by Roomlight Studio. The dyed, translucent batik fabric from Africa allows the orange and purple colors to shine beautifully. Dimensions: ø 25 x h 28 cm.
